David Spiteri Gingell
David has 40 years experience in C+ suite positions including as Chair, Executive Chair, Board Member, Chief Executive. David has held senior ICT, e-Government and management consulting positions in Malta (government and the private sector) and overseas. David played a lead role in national reforms including public administration, energy, ICT, research and innovation amongst others. David holds a Master in Public Administration (University of Liverpool, UK). In 2001 David was bestowed the Order of the Terra Mariana (4th Class) by the President of Estonia for engendering ICT knowledge transfer relationships between Malta and Estonia.
